1.       The minutes of the previous AGM were approved

2.       The committee reports were on the web site in advance of the meeting

3.       Summer 2013 Plans

3.1.    Summer Volleyball will restart on grass at Lydiard Park from Tuesday 7^th May

3.2.    Irwin is involved in organizing beach related stuff over the summer – see the WVA web site where there is a dedicated forum

4.       Next Season Plans

4.1.    There is a strong desire to have ‘some volleyball every week' for people.  The counter tension is the number of groups who have said that they do not want joint training sessions.  An alternative would be to find another date at the LKC or another venue with capacity.

4.2.    We will try more mixed sessions next season and see what the feedback is.

4.3.    We tentatively plan to maintain two teams in the Wiltshire Mixed Leagues.  We will need to see how many players we have on the ground early next season.

4.4.    Barring unforeseen changes, we intend to keep the fees at the same level for next season.
