Head Coach Report 2022-23 : updated 15th May 2023 to include late results
The Head Coach/coordinator is elected by members at the AGM: (1) to plan the whole-season schedule including our training and competition programme, and (2) to coordinate our team of coaches so that individual players can develop and progress throughout our club.
As with other team coaches, I am also appointed by the club committee as lead coach for the juniors.
